Items on this site are pre-order only. Nothing is currently in stock. Items will be shipped 4-6weeks after your order is placed. We’ll notify you by email when your items have been sent and keep you up to date on the details of the garment. If there is anything you may need urgently, please contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order and pre-order nature of our work, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Each item is crafted specifically for you, and production begins as soon as your order is placed. Please consider this before completing your purchase, as cancellations and refunds are not available. Please check description and photos carefully. If there are any issues regarding your purchase when received, please don’t hesitate to reach out as soon as you receive and I will do my best to accomodate you.

Shipping

Everything in my store is made to order in Melbourne, Victoria, with intention and care. Please understand that crafting your item takes thoughtful time and attention to detail, as I want your piece to be of the highest quality possible. Shemie embraces slow fashion: every item is handmade individually, with orders intentionally limited. Please allow 4-6 weeks for your item to be completed and then shipped. Please note that refunds are not available for delays in the shipping timeframe stated above. All orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post Express service.

Shipping insurance is included in the cost of the garment.

International Orders

New Zealand - $32.00— 2-5 business days
USA, Canada & UK - $40—- 3-6 business days
Europe and everywhere else -$50—6-11 business days

All International Orders are sent via Australia Post Express service.

We can ship DHL also- which will get to your door faster but also its more expensive.
